College scholarships are awarded for a wide variety of reasons. All college students need or at least want financial aid. Here are several scholarships available to those applying to Barrytown College of UTS.

The Founder's Scholarship

Religious scholarships are an important way for a church to show appreciation for the commitment and sacrifice of its members. The Founder's Scholarship is awarded to members of the Unification faith. Under the Founder's Scholarship program, scholarship recipients receive a scholarship for up to one half (50%) of tuition while attending Barrytown College of UTS.

Dr. Young Oon Kim Academic Scholarship,

for academically excellent students, as demonstrated through academic grade point average, SAT/ACT scores, or other academic achievements.

Dr. David S.C. Kim Principle Leadership Scholarship,

for students who demonstrate a strong commitment to living a moral life, demonstrating outstanding leadership and service to others. Applicants should submit an essay describing their experience and insights gained through community service or leadership activities and 1-2 letter(s) of recommendation from community/religious leaders who can attest to the applicant’s service and character.

International Scholarship,

to help students from Latin America, Africa and other parts of the world to attend Barrytown College.

Lee Shapiro Memorial Media Arts Scholarship,

for students who demonstrate excellence in visual, performing or new media arts. Spiritual Leadership Scholarship (for students of diverse faith backgrounds)

A scholarship of up to $10,000 per year offered to students who are recommended by their pastor for their leadership potential, service and authentic spirituality.
